Coordinating weddings has become a true passion of mine. What sets Kelley James Events apart is our servant’s heart. What matters to us most is making sure you and your people are taken care of not only on your wedding day, but through our entire process.

We take our job seriously- whether it’s pinning boutonnieres, fluffing your dress or setting up your decor we know every detail matters. Our job goes beyond creating timelines, we also get to know your vendors so they know our team is their go-to crew on the wedding day.   • Out of all the money you spend on your big day, having Kelley as our coordinator was definitely the most well spent!! It takes a village to plan/coordinate a wedding but having Kelley along the way made my village a lot more relaxed and stress free!! Sometimes the little things are what makes all the big things run smoothly and boy does she know about alllll the little things! She will tell you about them, help you with them, remind you about them, and make sure they are done!! The day of the wedding, she made sure I didn’t have to lift a finger and not only was she there to coordinate but it also felt like I had another friend there to help get me through it!
